Jesus brings life from the dust. The man born blind certainly experienced this. But following on from this remarkable healing, onlookers were more reserved about confessing their allegiance to Jesus.

In these three groups, we discern three reasons why people reject faith in Jesus:

1. The Sceptics
2. The Self-Righteous
3. The Scared

However it’s only through a proper understanding and inner reception of the gospel that we can encounter Jesus and experience life from the dust.
